| We here at GTBN are deeply moved and saddened by the terrible losses experienced by such an incredibly large number of people due to the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. Please help the thousands upon thousands of families in need by donating to The American Red Cross or another reputable charity of your choosing. Please remember that, although things are certainly bleak and the city seems to be getting all the news coverage, this is NOT just about New Orleans. The devastation is incredibly widespread. Slidell and Chalmette are just two of countless other towns in Louisiana hit hard. In Mississippi, towns and cities like Gulfport, Biloxi, and Pascagula are, for all intents, no longer standing. In Alabama, Mobile and all of the surrounding communities took on the intense "north-east quadrant" of this powerful storm. Millions of people are affected by this tragedy. Please give generously. |

| Well I finally finished this thing. I'm so tired of staring at HTML code the last couple days, so I'm just going to say "Thanks" for all your patience, and I hope you aren't disappointed. I'm glad I got to finish this in time to coincide with the North American release of Gran Turismo 4. Now I'm off to try to find someplace that will sell me a copy tomorrow morning because I was a fool and didn't pre-order. :(

| I bet you all thought I forgot about this project. I didn't - I've just been at an impasse. Anyway, I've received the go-ahead to complete this with the expectation it will become the "official page", which is good news for me, except that I now must go dig up the old pages I didn't convert to the new style (GTRC History, Driver Bios, etc.), and, well, convert them.
Also, don't forget to check our our new GTBN IRC Chatroom by clicking the link on the left (it's just under "Home Page"). You must have an IRC client installed to use that link, however. For Windows, I recommend mIRC which you can get here, and if you're on a Mac, try Ircle. |
